On the next pages you will find the occupation calendars for this and next
winter season and rental prices. If you are interested in another period,
or if you have a question, please do not hesitate to contact us. Press
the button below and complete the form. We will contact you and provide
you with further information.
Arrival
Reservations are always based on a weekly bases and starts on a Saturday
afternoon 16:00. Details on how and where to obtain the keys will be communicated
after payment and after our housekeeper has been informed about your arrival.
When turning on the heating please take into account that floor heating
reacts slowly and needs time to reach the requested temperature.
Departures
Rental ends next Saturday morning 10:00 so that the cleaner can start his
work. When you leave the house:
• Leave the house clean (see below): wash the dishes, take off the bed linen and put the garbage away.
• Close all windows and curtains.
• Turn down the heating in bath and living area.
• Lock the door and return the key.
Basic rules
• No pets.
• No smoking inside. If you smoke please do so outside.
• No outside shoes, walking boots or ski boots inside,
except for the entrance area.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Please do not clean the chimney's ashes with the vacuum-cleaner.
• Please do not exchange dishes etc. with other apartments.
• It is not allowed to rent further to any other person.
• No rental to agencies.
Quietness
Please do respect your neighbour's tranquillity, in conformity with the house regulation
Included
We always provide during the rental period:
• Bed linen (1 set / person).
• Bath towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel / person).
• Kitchen towels (3 pcs.).
• End of let cleaning charge is included.
The use of electricity, water, heating is included in the rental charge.
Compulsory charges
Following charges are compulsory and in addition to the rental fee:
• Visitor taxes, currently:
º CHF 2.00 / person
/ night.
º CHF 1.00 / child
(6-16 yr) / night.
º Children fewer then
6 yr. exempt from paying this tax.
• A damage deposit of CHF 300.00, this is refunded by bank transfer
after departure verification.
Cleaning
The accommodation is kept clean and you are responsible for cleaning it
during your holiday. The end of let cleaning includes four hours of a cleaner
to check the inventory, change bed linen and towels and perform the final
cleaning for the next guest to move in. If more cleaning time is required,
because you have left it in a very dirty or unreasonable condition, the
extra cleaning time is paid by you out of your damage deposit. The kitchen
content (dishes, cups, glasses, plates, forks, knifes ... etc) must be
cleaned and stored back in the kitchen cabinets and drawers.
Damage deposit
We ask for a damage deposit of CHF 300.00. It is paid along with your balance
and returned to your bank on-line after deducting charges for damage or
extra cleaning if you have left the chalet very dirty. If you break something
please leave us a message or inform our house-keeper, we will replace it
at cost price and deduce this from your damage deposit.
Payment Terms
• A down payment of CHF 500.00 is due within 1 week after
reservation confirmation.
• The remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before
start of the rental period.
• Payments by wire transfer to our bank account.
• Always mention your name and the rental period as transfer
description.
• Payments are confirmed by e-mail.
• Payments in Swiss Francs. If you wish to pay in another
currency then please contact us.
Cancellation charges
We apply the standard cancellation charges as used by the agencies, this is currently:
• upto 43 days before arrival date: 10% of the rental with a minimum of 200 CHF.
• from 42 to 29 days before arrival date: 50% of the rental.
• from 28 to 2 days before arrival date: 80% of the rental.
• 1 day or less before arrival date: 100% of the rental.
